Enesco announces launch of newly redesigned and improved consumer
shopping web site
Itasca, Ill. – May 3, 2007 – Enesco, LLC, a leader in the giftware, and home and garden décor industries, today announced the launch of the Company’s enhanced and improved consumer shopping web site at www.enesco.com.
The new web site features clearer navigation, enhanced functionality
and an improved consumer shopping experience.
With eye-catching product images, the new web site introduces the online
shopper to gift-giving ideas for every occasion and recipient, as well
as by brand and price point. Enesco partnered with Novator Systems in
the creation of the new web site.
Enhancements to the web site include:
· Enhanced Shopping Experience – The entire transaction is completed on Enesco.com, with the orders seamlessly passed to Enesco’s participating retailers for fulfillment. This allows the consumer to have a similar shopping experience as other major online shopping sites, without taking revenue from the participating retailers. The new web site also features improved product layout, enhanced up sell and cross-selling opportunities by item and occasion, improved site search functionality, and better product category navigation. Online shoppers will now have the ability to create a personal account which allows them to maintain billing information, store recipient addresses, and obtain tracking information on orders.
· New Features – New features on the web site include enhanced Customer Service information, with a detailed FAQ page, Become a Retailer and Become an Affiliate sign up links, and an improved Retailer Locator with mapping capabilities. Other new features include a Product Suggestion submission form and a Media Inquiry e-mail address.
· Improved Look and Feel – Enhanced graphics and new page layouts provide visitors with an improved user experience, one that more closely aligns to Enesco’s corporate brand.
