As Vice President of Engineering and Product Management, Troy Fraser oversees Novator's product management and software development teams to drive and execute global product strategies for existing and future product lines and applications. In addition to driving Novator's product strategy, Troy oversees the specification, implementation and development of our proprietary software, Virtual Retailer, including solutions feature definition and VR Release management. Troy also manages third party partnerships and alliances, working with our customers and partners to align our strategies with market direction and demand.
Troy has over 11 years of product management experience, 8 of those in e-commerce. Prior to joining the company, he led product management activities at ReserveAmerica, which is owned by Ticketmaster, an operating business of IAC. While there Troy was responsible for overseeing the design, development and ongoing evolution of ReserveAmerica.s industry-leading suite of products, as well as their web consumer portals. Prior to that Troy worked in Silicon Valley for a dotcom startup and for i2 Technologies, North America.s leading supply chain management solutions vendor.
Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Laurentian University with a double major in Political Science and Law.
