At Novator, Lee is responsible for business development, account management, marketing, and assuring that diverse client requirements are infused into the continuous evolution of Novator’s proprietary e-Commerce platform and professional services offering. Lee’s priorities are focused on client retention, acquisition, growth and ensuring that clients are leveraging Novator’s unique technology and service offering to profitably grow their online business.
Lee has multi-vertical, international experience and has been directly involved in the marketing and strategic development of several unique businesses that optimize consumer behavior. Most recently, Lee co-founded a Business Intelligence software company, targeting retailers focused on optimizing the consumer in-store experience. Prior to this, Lee was VP Corporate Development and a Partner at Twenty-Ten, Inc (an Experian company), a CRM analytics provider. Lee launched his career at the international consulting firm, Bariston, Inc. working with organizations seeking global export/expansion opportunities. Lee then joined Hepworth & Company where he worked with client organizations to build competitive advantages in their CRM processes. Lee then co-founded e-Tech Direct Inc., a company providing fulfillment, CRM and multi-lingual e-Commerce services to a range of U.S. retailers.
Lee holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
