As Vice President, Corporate Process Design and Audit, Ilana Sprongl oversees the enterprise-wide business process design and definition.
Ilana has been with Novator since 1999, and brings over fifteen years of online experience to her new role. Her prior roles at Novator include Director, Business Development, Director, Project Management, and VP e-Retail Services.
Ilana holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
