As Vice President e-Retail Services, Aaron Posner oversees Novator's Website Operations and e-Retail services, including site development, hosting and monitoring, user experience, and online marketing and merchandising. He also manages project management and strategy for all Novator clients, ensuring that their website is aligned with their corporate strategy and growth plans.
As the first official employee of Novator and having a history of over 10 years with the company, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Novator's core platform, Virtual Retailer (VR). Aaron was the Chief Architect of VR1, 2 & 3 platforms and previously oversaw the VR4 development team. In his prior role as Director of Client Services, he successfully managed the development rollout of many clients, and with direct management of the lead engineers, one of the key focuses was to ensure scalability and availability of each site. As the lead engineer for the FTD team, his team doubled in size to deliver project requirements while FTD.com enjoyed 25-35% growth year over year.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Applied Science & Engineering degree from the University of Toronto.
