Job Description
The Junior Website Analyst will be assigned to a project team to maintain documentation, monitor site performance, and analyze collected data. The primary responsibility is to ensure site performance optimization and revenue generation.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update required documentation
- Operations handbook updates
- Checklist update
- Monitor checklists compliance/completion
- Pre-launch & post-launch deployment checklists
- Performance checklists
- Alert Project Manager to deviations in site performance
- Report on site status and performance
- Weekly site status – orders, conversion rate, AOV, etc.
- Monthly performance data – uptime, page load times, machine usage, etc.
- Campaign performance reporting
- Collect data to support analysis of site
- Merchandising
- Marketing
- User Experience
- Update Omniture or similar with collected information
Requirements
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of standard office software: MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Information technology/computer system knowledge an asset
- E-commerce experience a plus
